Position 1; Off. Key can be removed.
Position 2; On
Position 3; On, spring loaded. Returns to position 2 on release.
Three brass connectors including brass screws.
Complete with slotted rubber cover on keyhole.
Plastic body for minimal corrosion. 
2 keys.
