Shipping policy

New Zealand

Shipping costs for NZ start at $6.75 for a small package to any non-rural address, up to $52.25 for some of our extra large items like carpets or seat covers.   Rural delivery has an additional charge on top of up to $5. Pick up is available from Mount Roskill, Auckland by appointment. Free shipping is also available on any orders that total over $375 incl GST. 

International

Depending on where in the world you are, we can also ship internationally, starting at $26 NZD for a smaller package.

Order Processing / Delivery Times

We will generally process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds.  There may be occasions where processing is up to 3 working days, however we will notify you prior if that is going to be the case.

Our orders are shipped via Courier Post/NZ Post, NZ Couriers, Post Haste, and Castle Parcel.

Domestic Delivery

Delivery to South Island is generally 2-4 working days from when order has been processed.

Delivery to the North Island is generally 1-2 working days from when order has been processed.

Allow longer for rural delivery, and also around busy times of the year for posties such as Christmas / public holidays.

International
Delivery can be 6-15 working days.
